This has got to be the worst dominos outlet that is out there! The staff here are unscrupulous and essentially try to get by without any consequences because Dominos doesn't care about customer service. Case 1: Order 171 on 5th December 2025. I had ordered sourdough pesto pizza and this store sent the pizza without any pesto in it. When I called the store and asked them about it, they said that they had run out of "pesto sauce" so they sent it without it. Ideally they should have cancelled the order or at least called the customer and mentioned. But they simply wanted to escape consequences. When I called this out, the store worker says he would send another pesto pizza on my next order. I got absolutely no customer support from dominos for this issue. Case 2: Order 164 on 17th December 2025 I ordered a pizza late at night and the delivery took 1 hour even though the store is about 3 km away from my place. They mentioned that there were no delivery boys available and the pizza that arrived was stone cold (this is in december month) and the same delivery boy was delivering in multiple places so my pizza went along for a ride to various places before it got to me completely cold and absolutely inedible! When I called the store about it, the store person says that he would fix it in my next order or asked me to place another order! Ideally they should simply cancel the order if they don't have delivery boys available and refund the amount to the customer. Why promise a 30 minute delivery when you don't even have delivery boys available? And dominos is absolutely complacent in this behavior because they just don't care about customer service. You try to raise a complaint or use the help menu it never works It merely says Reference Id 18850313 has been registered and I will hear back from support team in 24 hours. I never heard anything about that concern again from anyone at dominos ever again. This was more than a week ago. The virtual customer assistant is a scam. Don't waste your time or money with this outlet

I have placed an order and it crossed 30 minutes service guarantee and even though there is no update from store when I will get my order and the customer care team is not available now. Really worst experience. This store needs lot of improvements.
