I opted for dine in through the Dominos website and placed my order in advance. There was no waiting time for a table, but I did not receive my food for almost thirty minutes. When I first asked about the delay, the staff member told me to wait for a couple of minutes and went into the kitchen, but nothing happened after that. Since my order still did not arrive, I approached another executive and gave her my order number. She then asked the first staff member if she had informed me about the waiting time. Instead of answering properly, the first staff member replied, “They placed the order through dine in on the Dominos website, so I do not know.” This response was unhelpful and unprofessional. When I finally received my food, the Veg Farmhouse regular pizza and Garlic Bread was bland and not enjoyable. The only item that seemed better was the Choco Lava Cake, mainly because they were served hot. I had to rush through the food since I had already waited for a long time and had an appointment to attend. It seemed like this outlet’s main focus was on deliveries rather than dine in. Overall, it was a disappointing visit in terms of both service and food quality.

I felt like this branch has higher prices than other branches idk why. The service was average waiting time is okayish. The taste is also okayish coz i have had better on other branch.

Worst Chicken pops and worst Chicken wings 🤮💸 it's not at all worthy for the money ... Outside street food is better than this
