I recently visited this branch and ordered a Chicken Dominator (thin crust), chicken meatballs, and a stuffed garlic bread with corn and jalapeños. The place itself looked a little shabby. There was water leaking from a cupboard and the ceiling. The water in the washroom was brown, and I had no other choice but to wash my hands at the drinking water basin. The seats were dusty. When I got my order, I checked the bill and noticed a ₹50 price difference for the pizza compared to the menu. When I inquired about it, the cashier initially beat around the bush, saying it was tax but it made no sense for tax to be applied individually to every single item. Then she seemed to remember and said the extra charge was for the thin crust. When our order arrived, the pizza was slightly burnt, but it was still alright. The real shocker was the "eight-piece meatballs" we ordered for ₹99, what we actually received were just four meatballs, each cut in half. When I pointed this out, the cashier kept insisting that those were the "eight pieces" all while grinning. The "stuffed" garlic bread was only stuffed in the center two sticks. The remaining pieces were just plain bread. And the ultimate disappointment was that the ketchup bottles were leaking water. I had read about this in other reviews, and it is clear nothing has been done to fix it. It honestly creeped us out. Overall, I hated the experience. The staff, especially the girl at the counter with glasses, was rude and dismissive. I will never visit this outlet again. I sincerely hope Domino's takes action but if not, it's their loss, not mine.

The worst everything. The staff (the woman with glasses taking orders) was rude and ignorant to the customers. Lack of patience, lack of knowledge, lack of respect. Utterly disappointing behaviour. The tap water at the hand-wash station was ‘brown’ in colour. There was water leaking from the cupboards on top of the drinking water filter. The tables were unclean. There was water oozing out of the ketchup bottle which is definitely not a part of the ketchup. They charged me ₹99 for 8 meatballs and served me 4 meatballs cut in half. And when questioned about it, her response was, “it is how it is”. She touched my food with her unsanitized bare hands to show me the accurate count of 8 pieces of unquestionably ‘not-round’ meat balls! The stuffing in the garlic bread was limited only to the middle 2 slices of the bread and the rest was purely oregano flavoured refined wheat flour only. Dominos is not just degrading in its food quality anymore, but also the customer treatment, hygiene and basic human etiquettes. This chain just keeps getting worse with every visit. I am not going to suggest dominos to anyone again, and most certainly not this branch. Pathetic.
