They have an open kitchen and it's clearly visible. NOBODY WEARS GLOVES. the Pani Puri guy outside the nearby mall was wearing gloves. What a shame! PLUS They have a board that shows when your order # is ready. Even after 5 minutes of showing that your order is ready, it never is . . . On asking, the manager said "that's an automated board" !!?? Just so illogical and not customer friendly.
