Please don't visit or order from this store they are fraud Subject: Urgent Complaint – Delivered Pizza in Inedible Condition Dear Domino’s Support Team, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment with the order I received from your store via Swiggy. My order (Domino’s date 30 march 2025 Order No: #22) was completely ruined upon arrival—more than half of the pizza was stuck to one side of the box, and the slices were piled on top of each other, making it impossible to eat. The condition of the pizza was so bad that I had no choice but to throw the entire order away. I had ordered this pizza for my friend's birthday, and your negligence caused me immense embarrassment in front of everyone. This was not just a waste of money but also a serious emotional and mental distress. When I contacted your store, I was rudely told to contact customer care, which is completely unacceptable. It is clear that either your store packaged the pizza in a terrible condition, or the delivery was handled carelessly. In either case, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that the food reaches customers in a proper, edible state. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it further and ensure that others are aware of such pathetic service. Awaiting your prompt response.
