I have ordered pizza and it was under 30 minutes guarantee delivery. Delivery agent and store manager kept calling me for delivery otp as it was about to cross 30 minutes. I denied sharing OTP, then they have cancelled the order and started to abuse very personally and asked me to come to store if I have guts. I have went to the store as time is close to mid night and I can not get food for my kids anywhere else. They went to extent of calling police. This is the kind of service this store is offering. They were not sharing the phone number of owners, so sharing a comment so that they can take action

Chicken pops-not recommended Spices double chicken cheese volcano-okok Had to order on app for takeaway as their system doesn't take orders.

This is 2nd complaint. I ordered Regular Double cheese burst margarita pizza but I received normal pan pizza, on last Thursday I had similar experience by delivering incorrect pizza Insta of cheese burst If you don’t prepare and send right pizza better shut your business don’t ruin Domino’s brand name

One of the worst store to order from. The customer service provided by the store is 'Pathetic'. They don't value our time or money. I have ordered multiple times from this store and they kept me waiting for it every single time which is more than an hour and the store manager somehow find innovative reasons for the delay. They accept orders and don't fulfill it withing timeline and expect us customers to wait and understand their issues whereas they as service providers don't understand anything of us. I am literally fed up of this Worst ever store I have seen. If you value your time or don't want to spoil your mood or any special occasion I would suggest you to avoid ordering from this store as the food will reach you cold and tasteless with draining your time !! Cannot believe Dominos has lowered their level this much !!
