Worst dominos..i called many times regarding my order nobody has answered back and they mentioned it is a 30 minute guarantee order but still i haven't received the order although i placed it before more than 50 minutes

I ordered pizza and garlic bread at 1:44 pm and it got stuck for 45 minutes at preparing the order. In these 45 minutes i called restaurant 10 times and it was going to busy the whole time. After 45 minutes they cancelled the order by themselves without informing me or without my consent. I got a call after one hour that they cancelled the order because it got late. So delivery guarantee or late delivery refund is just a scam if they can just cancel the order from their side if it got late. The worst store of dominos.

This is my worst experience with dominos the staff workers don't even respond at all, they talk very loudly.They didn't help us at all and the worst customer care, The seating was even worse the ac didn't work.Food was alright.

They send low quality incomplete orders to increase their profitability. On raising issue with their support team, they claim to reach out in 24hrs but never do. The same is reflected in their google ratings. The issue has been raised with consumer court. Please do the same if you have faced a similar issue.
