Yesterday I had ordered two pizzas from pizza mania but it didn't delivered. On calling the customer care they are just raising the concern but not resolving the problem.

I ordered a veg medium pizza and veg garlic bread on 30th of July 2025 from this store. My order number was 150. I got order number 156 which was a chicken regular pizza and chicken garlic bread. Attaching the pics and order screenshot to review. I raised an incident immediately and delivery guy and store manager told me that i will get full refund. Next day i got a call and they said they will talk in afternoon. Somehow i was not able to pick up that call and they closed the incident because of that. Now the store number which i got from dominos app have switched off caller tune on that. I called over 10 times today and they are not picking ip the call. I called store manager over 5 times and he is also not picking up the call. Very rude and bad service. I have to go for a consumer case.

Horrible service. They do not have any customer service , still have to call store, who does not pick up in this digital era. Always have to think twice before ordering.
