Ordered pizza from dominos app from nallagandla branch hyderabad which is worth 470 rupees order num 123 on 29th oct 2025..after 1 hour we received call saying that the location is far and we will cancel the order,we said ok, but after 10 to 15 minutes the item is updated as the delivered...we have went to store to ask why the item is updated as delivered without doing so.. , the people there saying manager is not available and they said we don't know anything and just clicked on delivered to cancel the order and the delivery person who called and updated is not answeung the call..we waited for almost 40 minutes in the store no proper response from any one of the person from the store, asked about manager again then asked for phone num when called it is saying doesn't exist , wrong num provided..all fraud things are doing by nallagandla branch....we have wasted worth money of 470 rupees by ordering pizza and wasted diesel to go to store wasted our efoorts..finally understood that we wasted money and time , still no response or respect to customer..will definetly file a consumer case for this kind of behaviour from dominos restaurant.

Dear Domino’s Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve been receiving recently. I am a regular and loyal customer of Domino’s, but over my last few orders, the experience has been consistently poor. Each time, there seems to be some issue with my order — sometimes the order is incomplete, other times an item is missing, and on a few occasions, the order has been cancelled after being confirmed. This has been happening repeatedly, which is very frustrating and disappointing for a regular customer like me. It seems like with multiple feedbacks also they dont really care about anything and try to give poor service as mush as they can. I expect better service and reliability from a brand like Domino’s. Please check the recent orders from my account to identify the repeated problems. If you really cant solve and not have that competency then please shut the store. Atleast we will be able to get order from any other reliable store.

Ordered online. Delivery was timely was the main thing, the pizza was burnt, the edges and the topic. And worst, because i had ordered from the website, i couldn't reach out to the redtaurant.
