I hope this reach the branch manager, staff is irresponsible, need to wait for 15 mins even the store is empty with no customers. no staff will see you nd ask for order. We have to call and ask to take the order nd when we ask any queries on the food no proper response and they ignore the customers very badly. Just because of this staff lot of customers are facing issues and stopped coming to the stores

I am quite unsatisfied with the delivery service offered by this dominos Puppalaguda branch. After receiving an out for delivery message just 30 minutes after placing my order, I expected timely service. However, not only did the delivery not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, but when I reached out to inquire about the delay, the assistant manager was incredibly rude over the phone. To make matters worse, they outright refused to deliver to my location. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of this business. I will be warning others to avoid it as well.

Recently i visited the store service which was provided by the staff was really awkward 😬 the didn't provided the needy thinks like tomato kitchup ect thumb up which was provided to us without company tag
