"I am deeply disappointed with my recent order which included the Golden Corn Pizza, Classic Pizza, and Veg Parcel. The food was completely unacceptable. The pizzas were uncooked, cold, and utterly untasty. Furthermore, the presentation was a mess—it looked like the toppings and half the cheese had slid off or been haphazardly applied. This was a complete waste of money and a terrible experience. Please explain how such substandard food was allowed to leave your store."
