Extremely disappointed with dominos Ordered from Malkapet. Stale toppings led to severe food poisoning & emergency hospitalization of my mother. Never order from this outlet.

*Disappointing Experience at Malakpet Dominos* I recently visited Dominos Malakpet with my partner and ordered a "regular pizza" without specifying any type. To our surprise, the cashier punched in a Corn and Cheese pizza, which cost ₹220. We didn't question the price initially, assuming it was the standard rate. However, while enjoying our pizza, I checked the online menu and found a ₹79 pizza option. I approached the cashier to clarify, and she confirmed that whenever a customer asks for a "regular pizza", she assumes it's the Corn and Cheese variant. The pizza itself was average, nothing to wow about. But the bigger issue was the lack of transparency. As a customer, I expect clear communication about menu options and prices. It's unfair to assume "regular pizza" means the more expensive Corn and Cheese variant without informing me. This practice feels like an attempt to upsell without clarity. The staff didn't explain the options or offer alternatives, which was frustrating. A simple clarification, like "You mean the regular Pizza Mania or our premium Corn and Cheese pizza?", would've helped. This place need to maintain cleanliness. I felt like the service here is kinda slow but the food taste was good. The music sound should be low because after 5 to 10 mins it starts irritating us.
