Worst staff Teach them how to behave with customers

Food was 5 Star as usual but the cleanliness was not there in the store

Every business runs on the basic principles of good customer service, if the customer service representative doesn't behave good with the customer then you are simply instigating your customers to go to your competitor business, behaving casual with the customer could land you in trouble, billing guy asks the customer to take seat and he will serve the pizza on the table and after which he completely forgot about the food ordered, after 15 mnts one whatsapp msg pops up on the customer's phone to pick the order up its ready but customer still waits as he was told that it will be served on the table, after half an hour cx walks up to the counter and ask about his order the billing guy indicates with his finger that the order is lying there. When cx is annoyed about the delay a lady comes and asks a lame excuse saying that the guy on the counter is new he doesn't know how to behave. Moral of the experience is please train your staff to behave in good manner with the customer. DO NOT behave bias. Every customer is equally important. Bluntly making the bill without asking the customer about how much quantity is required raises a question on Domino's business ethics.

We ordered from this place , it says delivery in half an hour , but in that time they won't even finish cooking. Why do you promise which you want fulfill . And when you try to contact store . It says it will call you back in 24hours . Who designed this customer service . They don't even have minimum common sense . If someone is trying to contact about delivery , it should be resolved in few minutes. But they want to resolve I. 24 hours so that they can deliver the food in 3 days
