Worst of all the outlets: The worst of all Domino's I ever had food from. I have ordered twice till now from this place. Both the times, the food was not delivered in one hour. Its such a waste of time and energy. Once it was delivered cold by 12:30am in the midnight while the order was placed around 8:45pm. There was neither response nor an update from the restaurant. Domino's didn't refund even a single penny as the order was placed on Swiggy and Swiggy said, Domino's has its own delivery fleet thus Swiggy can't do anything. Today again, I placed an order around 8:30pm, it has been showing as 9min to deliver for the past one hour now. Delivery agent was roaming around I think delivering all the other orders. I did not realise while placing the order that, its Domino's Tolichowki, else would not have placed an order. They finally have delivered extremely cold and dried food by 10:00pm.

They guarantee 30-minute delivery, but once there’s a delay, they do not pick up calls. The delivery executive sends the OTP in advance so the order shows as delivered on time, even though the rider is still at the store. You will end up eating cold pizza.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Domino’s. The pizza was completely burnt and turned black. The chicken toppings were over-roasted, the Burger Pizza was also burnt, and even the garlic bread was spoiled due to extra roasting. The food was not edible at all. When we complained, the staff simply said “everywhere it is same”, which is absolutely unacceptable. I have visited many Domino’s outlets, but I have never seen such poor quality food anywhere. Also, the seating arrangement is on the 1st floor, while the order pickup is on the ground floor where there is no proper place to sit or even wait. Really inconvenient and badly managed. Very disappointing service and quality. Please avoid this outlet — total waste of money!
