Dear Domino’s India Team, I’m writing this not just as a disappointed customer but as someone genuinely shocked by the level of disrespect and negligence I witnessed today at your Russell Chowk outlet. The staff member named Gladice M displayed an attitude that was not only unprofessional, but outright hostile. From the moment I asked for a Classic Margherita pizza, the interaction was riddled with contradictions and arrogance. First, I was told the base wasn’t available. Then, when I asked for a regular Margherita, I was told to “wait for the menu card” or “check the app yourself.” At no point did she make any effort to assist or clarify. Instead, she kept deflecting basic questions with sarcasm and visible irritation. What’s worse there was no menu card available in the entire store except one, which was apparently with another customer. When I asked for the price, she refused to answer. When I asked for a customer feedback book, she dismissed me with “We don’t have one. Go complain on the website.” This wasn’t just poor service it was deliberate rudeness. Her tone was confrontational, her body language dismissive, and her behavior completely unfit for a customer facing role. I also noticed her speaking in the same disrespectful manner to other customers. Most people don’t have time to file complaints, and she clearly takes advantage of that. This is not the Domino’s standard we expect. I strongly urge you to investigate this incident and take strict disciplinary action against Gladice. Her continued presence at the outlet is damaging your brand and driving customers away. I expect a formal response outlining the steps being taken.
