My last two orders were delayed beyond the 30-minute delivery condition, and despite the commitment made by the store staff, I have not received any refund for either order. They promised to refund the amount to my wallet or provide it on my next order, but on the subsequent order, they failed to pick up the call as instructed. This pattern of poor service persists, particularly at the Pratap Nagar Outlet of Domino's.
