I am writing to report a very poor experience at your Jaipur Sodala outlet. The staff showed complete negligence—items were not in stock despite being shown available, and I was served a half-baked item. When I raised the issue, the staff behaved rudely and even started arguing instead of resolving the complaint. This is unacceptable and far below Domino’s standards. I request immediate action regarding this outlet

The outlet is very poorly maintained. The tables are not cleaned properly. The cashier/the person taking orders behind the counter cleans tables by just picking up waste, tissues, and boxes, then wiping the surface with another tissue — which is unhygienic. Additionally, delivery personnel are allowed inside the cooking area, compromising hygiene standards. The staff inside the kitchen work without gloves, and there are no proper facilities — not even a handwashing area. They also refused to accept credit card payments, claiming that the machine was not working. The company should maintain proper hygiene and operational standards and ensure regular monitoring of this outlet.
