Very disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s location. I went in about 15 minutes after they opened, but the staff refused to take my order and told me to either wait 10 minutes or order online. I tried downloading the app but couldn’t, so I waited. When I asked again, they repeated that I needed to order online. I explained that I wasn’t able to download the app, but the staff member just ignored me and went back to cleaning instead of helping. There were 4 employees at that time. It was frustrating and unprofessional. If the store is open, customers should at least be given the option to place an order at the counter. Extremely poor customer service and definitely not the experience I expect from Domino’s. Would not recommend this location.
