This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I have ever had. I ordered from Domino’s, and the delivery took more than one hour. Even after 25 minutes of placing the order, the staff casually informed us that it would take another 30 minutes, which clearly reflects extremely poor service management. When the pizza finally arrived, it was completely cold and unfit to be enjoyed. Paying full price for cold food delivered after such a long delay is totally unacceptable. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism from this outlet. I am highly dissatisfied with the service quality. I strongly advise people to avoid this Domino’s outlet and instead order from local restaurants, which provide faster delivery and better food quality. This outlet is not worth the time or money.

Very poor service, worst worst than in jalandhar, i ordered pizza at 10.30 and received at 23 o clock, they said mithapur alipur road is not safe we are not coming there, then why u accept order..and please mention in ur menu u r not delevering food in mithapur Alipur road, staff behaviour worst who are dealing in phone.
