We ordered two pizzas – one non-veg, one veg – and one garlic bread with corn stuffing. However, when we received the order, we only got one non-veg pizza and the stuffed garlic bread. We had ordered a cheese burst non-veg pizza, but the chicken pieces were too hard and difficult to chew. On top of that, one of my friends is vegetarian, and since the veg pizza was missing, it created a big issue. When we raised the complaint, we were told to order the veg pizza again, so we ordered a Veg Farmhouse pizza. It took almost 25 minutes to prepare. When I asked at the counter why it was taking so long when there were no pending orders, the staff casually replied that they didn’t have the required items and had just gone to buy them from outside. It was shocking to hear this from a brand like Domino’s. We spent nearly ₹1500 on two pizzas and garlic bread, but the service quality was extremely disappointing. A brand that charges customers for its taste and service should not behave like this. It was one of the most pathetic experiences and completely ruined the evening for me and my four friends.
