One of the worst Domino’s outlets I’ve ever visited. The tables were dirty, and getting them cleaned felt like pleading for a favor. The staff was rude and arrogant, making the whole experience humiliating. To top it off, when I complained, the response was shocking—I was told that I shouldn’t have come there in the first place. Zero accountability and terrible customer service.

Dear Owner, Your staff’s service is very slow. Also, when a customer parks their car outside and comes inside, no one informs them that the order will take time or asks them to park the vehicle in a safe place. This area is a wrong parking zone and a challan (fine) can be issued. I have spent more on challans (fines) than on food. Is this fair? Food quality is good no doubt but management should take responsibility and improve customer guidance and service

Serious Cleanliness and hygiene issues with the kitchen and the washroom. Also the tables are usually not clean and lots of flies on the table.

Ordered a medium Margherita Pizza — taste was good, but delivery took longer than expected. Also, the Coca-Cola price is too high compared to market rates. Overall okay, but could be better.
