I am writing to share a very disappointing and painful experience I had today (12th July) at around 4:00 PM at your Kadma Ulliyan showroom in Jamshedpur. I had visited the outlet with my 12-year-old daughter, expecting a pleasant outing. I placed an order for 2 pizzas, 1 garlic bread, and 1 cold drink for dining and an additional 1 pizza + 1 garlic bread for takeaway. After a wait of 20–30 minutes, the pizzas and cold drink were served. However, the garlic bread was missing. When I enquired, a female representative at the counter, without any proper verification, insisted that it had already been served. This was not just surprising but embarrassing, especially as we were the only customers in the entire store at that time. She began searching the area around us and even started checking the dustbin, which made the entire situation humiliating-particularly in front of my daughter who sees her father as an honest and respectful gentleman. After all the confusion and blame, the staff finally realized the garlic bread was still lying on the counter, unattended and unserved. This kind of treatment-where a customer is subtly made to feel like a liar or a thief over a garlic bread-is deeply upsetting. I do not visit Domino’s often, nor am I fond of pizza or garlic bread, but this visit was for my daughter. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and extremely let down. I urge Domino’s to take this incident seriously and ensure: Proper customer handling training for your staff Strict protocols for order verification A customer-first attitude, especially when the mistake is clearly on your side Domino’s is known for service and smiles, but this outlet failed to deliver either.
