Hi, I want to share my feedback about my recent order. I just ordered 2 pizzas, and I order from Domino’s very regularly. I even visit your stores often. But today the quality was very disappointing. The pizzas had almost no taste, were overly spicy, and they were delivered completely cold. I’ve never faced issues with Domino’s before, so this experience really upset me. I kindly request that you look into this and provide a suitable compensation or replacement for the order, as the quality was far below Domino’s usual standard. Thank you.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. On 6th November 2025, I placed an order and paid ₹105.94, which was deducted from my account but did not reflect in the outlet’s system. Even after multiple follow-ups, the manager, Mr. Krishna Mahato, has shown no cooperation or professionalism. His behaviour has been rude and dismissive both in person and over calls. It’s been over 7 days, and I have still not received my refund. I have now filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Ingram Portal) and am prepared to escalate the matter legally if the issue is not resolved promptly, under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 — including Section 318 (Cheating) and Section 316 (Criminal Breach of Trust). I urge Domino’s management to look into this matter seriously and ensure customers are not treated this way in the future. Highly unprofessional experience — not expected from a reputed brand like Domino’s.

The worst Outlet of Jamshedpur. Never going again. When i said that ketchup is empty the staff ignored it completely. Very rude service. I don't how these kind of people get jobs here as staff who have zero sense of talking to the customer.. zero responsibilty by the main staff. PLEASE AS A LOCAL GUIDE IM RECOMMENDING EVERYONE DON'T VISIT HERE WITH UR LOVED ONES. You will feel ashamed of you will feel ashamed infront of everyone. The main staff don't even know how to deal and talk with the customers
