It’s been while that I am in jorhat. There are various issues which could be noticed as a regular customer. 1. Food quality. The quality of food varies during busy hours, you can see your pizza with reduced toppings and unfilled cheese. Every-time it seems as if the staff is so overburdened with the work. 2. Pizza Delivery. Every-time it has happened that the restaurant delivers the pizza in the evening after 2 to 2 and half hours. The delivery boy then requests the customers for accepting the pizza and do-not complain about the issue. 3. Ambience. The restaurant is so noisy and that u do-not feel like dining at the place. The shift manager is normally yelling most of times. There is no music being played. It feels so unpleasant to dine in there. Feels like u are in the road with lot of crowd around. 4. Hygiene. The place feels so unhygienic at the first place. The dining tables are mostly with trash. None of the cleaning staff is there to address the issue. The manager is mostly unavailable and the rest of the staff is least bothered. The hand wash area and the rest room needs no special explanation. You do-not feel like going for a leak even.

I liked the pizza it's very tasty and the sevice is also good but sometimes the service become poor btw just keep it up Domino's
