I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your outlet. Not only was my order not served at all, but the behavior of your staff member, Mr. Vinay, was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite placing the order and waiting patiently, the staff showed no responsibility or courtesy. Instead of helping or providing any update, Mr. Vinay spoke rudely and behaved in a disrespectful manner, which is shocking coming from a brand like Domino’s that claims to value customer experience. This kind of attitude and negligence is absolutely intolerable. I expect strict action against the responsible staff member and an immediate resolution regarding my unserved order. If this is the standard of service Domino’s is offering, it is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about your customer handling. Will not order again from this outlet.
