I had an extremely disappointing experience with Domino's Swaroop Nagar yesterday. I ordered from this outlet via Zomato and awaited my delivery with anticipation. However, to my dismay, the delivery person dispatched from the store stood in one place for a whopping 45 minutes before eventually bothering to call me to confirm the address, an hour after the estimated delivery time. Throughout this ordeal, I made several attempts to contact the outlet, but no one bothered to answer the phone. This level of unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer service is utterly unacceptable. It not only wasted my time but also put a damper on my mood. Despite my general love for Domino's, I am compelled to rate this experience a dismal 1 out of 5. I feel it's my duty to warn other food enthusiasts to beware of ordering from this particular store, especially during late hours. It has the potential to ruin your plans and events, just as it did for me. In summary, my experience with Domino's Swaroop Nagar was thoroughly disappointing, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.
