I ordered a pizza from dominos by zomato app but dominos called me and said we deliver your order not zomato and u have to come 3km away from from place because we can't deliver at your place and i said cancel my order that said we are not sure that u will get your refund and the staff as so rude and said we cancelled the order already and I called zomato customer service that said dominos kapurthala didn't cancel your order even after 30mints such a scam by dominos kapurthala don't order pizza from dominos kapurthala

I ordered garlic break with a Dip…..if you don’t have that dip at-least you guys have to inform abt it or provide any other alternative . What’s the benefit of paying that Stupid dip and not getting it….worst experience ever…. Please work on it

The receptionist is not talking properly to us. He was continuously watching his phone and not accepting our order. We came from village but there is no value from coming to village to city by travelling 15 kilometeres.And there is no number of them to order pizza online. We had very bad experience.

If I can negative stars, I would have given it. The pizza has no taste, use of fake molted cheeze and the taste is completely bland. Also, their delivery drivers do not intentionally use location trackers, instead they call you multiple times to direct to the address. It is frustrating.
