They are fraud ... I order from IRCTC e-catering aap ... My train already arrived 20 minutes late at platform and halted around 10 minutes... Delivery boy didn't show up ... As soon as train started to depart, delivery boy suddenly comes up from window and delivered my order in hurry , when I opened my parcel.. box was almost empty in both the boxes ... Don't order from them ...

The experience was very bad, whole space was smelly and staff is not at all trained. They are not able to place order. They are very reluctant for customisation and it is very bad behaviour. Atleast staff should be trained enough and maintain hygience. The person is cleaning the washroom and going back to the counter. Please try to segregate duties
