Worst costumer service i ever seen the cashier with the boy-cut was very rude she don’t even know how to talk with costumer first she gave me wait for 5 minutes to take order than after 5 minutes she again said me in rude way to wait for another 15 minutes again she gave me wait for another 15 minutes at lest talk in polite way if you are giving wait very very bad service the cashier need to change

The girl at the front counter was rude and unhappy to tell the deals and menus. And also argumented with customers for demanding chilly flakes and sauce.

I spend my some last hrs of india tour at khanna's this dominos location. I ordered large extraveganze pizza. There was no pizza sauce or they say tomato sauce in pizza. It was pale dry. When i went to front desk to complain, instead of accepting the mistake they start arguing. Very unprofessional behaviour of staff, i run 4 dominos in calgary canada, i know how things make. Instead of apology, one of their staff said in rude tone to the manager sir jaan do enna nu. I can predict this location wnt last forever. I am going to complaint master franchise of this area. They really need to work on how to talk with customers, i run 4 dominos in canada. Sometime mistake happen, we accept in polite way and ensure customer satisfaction. This is bizzare. Cleaniness - 0 star, dirty tables with bread crumbs and sauce patches. Food - 0 star dry pale pizza. Customer service - negative stars rude language, assertive nature of employees.
