They don't like to deliver the product if they aren't in a mood, it says item delivered without delivering it. Dominos has done a mistake by starting an outlet at kharagpur, unprofessionalism at its peak. Can anybody suggest an alternative to dominos in kharagpur?

Initially it was good but now if you order in kharagpur, I mean it's a small town but still to deliver a pizza in 8 km radius they take min 2 hours and then they will not try to connect . For home delivery it's worse . One star for the pizza but customer service zero
