Very bad service. No one attended the customer on counter. Even after asking to place the order.

I had ordered a pizza which was delivered one hour late, and the order was incomplete as it did not include oregano, chili flakes, or the dip. When I contacted the store, I was connected to a female senior staff member whose behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. On asking for her name, she casually refused, saying she had no name. When I mentioned that I would raise a complaint, she responded that it doesn’t matter and then disconnected the call. This kind of service and attitude is highly disappointing.

Very dirty .....waited for 15 minutes to give order.tables very dirty not cleaned staff very unprofessional not bothered to take order wait at counter for more than 15 min no one responded...
