I place order at 1:37 PM for lunch, its 3:48 PM and i have not received order yet, order is cancelled by deliverly person Ms. Jyoti Singh who denied to deliver order at delivery place and asked us to come somewhere else to collect our order because there is water in the street and she is not willing to go further. Then i called the store raised concern, they also stopped picking my calls. Pathetic service of Dominoz Gilco strore and their delivery staff cancel orders after 2 hours on silly reasons. Dominoz must look into the services. Order was placed through zomato and where order ia showing delivered at 3:10, dont know why. Its 3:51 and no order received yet.

I ordered my food 61 minutes and still my order is not delivered, and there is no apology from the Store and I did a Takeaway they-didn’t deliver my Zomato order on time and the main thing is their is no contact to connect with the team food quality was worst i ordered a farm house and no veggies are there in the pizza only mushrooms are there they think people are mad ordering food from their . Disgusting services Awful experience

The worst place that I have seen. We have been delivered with the wrong orders. I think they should be very careful before delivering the order to someone. The costumer care also sucks. No response even after the complaint. We ordered and waited for like 1 and a half hour and than received the wrong orders.. very bad experience worsttt franchise i have ever seen
