I ordered from Domino’s and was completely disappointed. The dough was absolutely tasteless, dry, and rubbery — it felt like eating cardboard! There was no flavor, no freshness, and the overall pizza tasted stale. For a brand like Domino’s, I expected much better quality. Even the toppings couldn’t cover up the poor taste of the base. It’s shocking that they would serve something this bland. Definitely not worth the money or the hype. Domino’s really needs to improve their dough recipe and quality control — this was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had.

We had a bad experience at dominos pizza shop. The staff member at the counter seemed completely uninterested in taking orders and was not professional at all. It felt like customers were being ignored. I hope the management pays attention and trains the staff better.

Hey Dominos, why are y’all hell-bent on delivering your pizza with your own fleet if you can’t even do it properly?! Let me just sum it up for y’all. The service at this particular outlet was really frustrating. In fact, it was the worst. We ordered food at 8:41 PM and received it at 10:12 PM. Now, you tell me, is waiting more than one and a half hours worth it for this pizza? Especially, if the location is just 10-15 minutes away?! Okay, I guess you could say delays happen…..but here’s the thing, I called asking to check the order status and the staff was making it really difficult to check the order status in the first, and then they lied saying the order has been picked up at 9:15 or so. I was still patient at this time, and then the order finally arrived at 10:12. A whole one hour later?! Plus, when asked about this, they simply put the call on hold forever. No other calls got through. 👏👏👏👏 Simply wow. After reading some other comments, I realised that this is their MO, they have been doing this exact thing for a long time. You should really not let such irresponsible people run branches. The quality of Dominos over the years has just dwindled so bad, and staff like this really makes people run in the opposite direction of Dominos. It’s not worth it guys. Go get some real food instead.

Had a very bad experience with dominos. I had ordered food at 9.45pm and till 11.15pm it was reflecting that the food will be delivered in 10 mins and by 11.20pm I am getting a message that the order is cancelled and my payment is also returned yet and when I went to the store the guy there was drunk and was giving a very casual response. Worst behaviour
