yesterday we had been there to buy pizzas ., counter people told us to pay thru app so that they can give since closed the billing we were waiting ., other customers came and told us., they were waiting for more than 1 hour and sales persons are not polite enough and are very rude to the customers., I too saw few customers were scolding them., This is not good., kindly take care., without customers no business can survive., First teach them to be polite with customers., Finally we waited around 45 minutes and got the order., we waited pationally No issues for us. Take care., Respect the customers

Horrible experience from dominos.. didn’t expect this.. we went to kodaikanal trip and I ordered pizza in Swiggy for my kids.. they are already hungry.. 2 hrs no call response app update.. I’m feeling very bad that my kids are starving there.. I won’t choose dominos ever

Worst experience ever. Paid order not delivered and Domino’s has taken customers completely for granted. It’s been 13 days, multiple calls, emails, and forms filled .. not a single callback from either the store or customer care. They keep lying that they tried calling. Didn’t receive even a missed call. Money taken, reward points gone, order stuck as “Awaited.” Zero ownership, zero accountability. If you value your money, think twice before ordering — once something goes wrong, you’re on your own. REPLY to the automated reply of Domino's for this review : My contact details have already been shared repeatedly via email and callback forms. Unfortunately, Domino’s keeps asking for the same information while no one actually calls back.
