More than an hour since i orderd a pizza.. still showing 9 min to deliver from an hour.. and their support Chat - we will get back to you in 24hrs.. oh and their so called live chat support is also AI Phone - will redirect you to chat support which is AI No one answering phone in store No option to cancel order.. and when you try to cancel order , they gaslight customers saying because of you there is food wastage.. not because they deliver lunch at dinner time.. These guys are surviving in India bcoz we put up with this nonsense.. boycott this..

The pizza was as expected in a slightly shabby restaurant. We tried to order at the (very quiet) counter. We were told we had to order online. We wandered around outside for a while trying to do that but with an oversees phone number it wasn't possible. Went back to the counter to find a staff change. Helpful young lady took our order. We ate too much but that's not their fault!

Worst experience having in the recent days ... with dominos here in kodaikanal... I highly recommend the tourist coming to kodaikanal not to choose dominos kodai...

Worst service we had ever seen , while we order they are accepting the order after that calling for that no delivery service or delivery boy available, behalf of that we are reaching directly taking 1hours for dining or take away. Also the female staff she is lethargy with customers not listening properly and doing poor service. Also increasing the price reducing the quantity which was too cheap only for money ,Each and every time this happens with domino’s other pizza shops are better than domino’s better close the shop so that people won’t reach and disappointed these kind of worst & irresponsible, irritating service for paid food 🤦🏻♀️

Worst delivery in the world, food was great, but the delivery boy is too bad, ordered on 28/11/2025 11pm. MM street, this is second time I had this experience, next time he will wont able to ride back, be careful
