I am sharing my recent experience at your Barrackpore outlet which is located at Talpukur Barrackpore group floor , shyam kunj, holding no 4026. On 3rd August I visited the outlet with my younger niece and another family member. We arrived at approximately 5:20 PM, and I confirmed our order by 5:30 PM. While placing the order, I politely informed the staff that the table we intended to use was dirty and requested that it be cleaned. However, my request was ignored. I waited for some time, expecting someone to address the issue, but no staff member responded for nearly 15 minutes. Eventually, I had to return to the counter and remind them about the unclean table. The staff’s response was disappointing,they stated that the table would be cleaned only after our order was served. This left me with the impression that customers are expected to sit at unclean tables until their order is ready, which I found quite unprofessional and unhygienic. Although I was quite upset ,Due to the poor quality of service, I will not be visiting this place again. I am completely dissatisfied and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pizza was as usual Domino with no real let off, but washroom hygiene was terrible and orders from the app seemed to take longer to get delivered to you.
