Like the other outlets this place used to be good but our last trip to this place wasn't that good. I will tell that part later. So we ordered online through app and opt dine-in. In one we ordered Moroccan Spicy Pasta Pizza -non veg with a coke and on other one we ordered Creamy Tomato Pasta Pizza-non veg with Perry Perry wings. Food was good as usual , value for money . They decorated the place on the eve of valentine's day. Now coming to the bad experience. As I mentioned earlier that we opt for dine in by ordering through app. So we got one order on time but the second one never came so went to the counter thrice and in each occasions they provided three different reasons rather excuses. At last after an hour they informed that the pizza was there but they weren't aware of the service that we opt and handed us cold pizza's . We complained again for that so they just put that pizza on oven and served us which was not at all acceptable.

Please don't come in weekend or in any holidays. This place is now sufficient to enjoy in rush time. If possible then make home delivery on these days. Staffs are less here also. otherwise food quality is somehow satisfactory.
