Domino's is a widely known restaurant in India.It has outlets almost in every corner.In dankuni the dominos outlet is very nice.Its waiting time is not much...It has a cute ambience.. food is freshly served and it was tempting hot.Once I ordered one african pizza and they served me Mexican cheese pizza by mistake but they replaced it without any question and also served an apology.The time to prepare food is quite less and the making of pizza is in front of our eyes which proves that they maintain hygiene without any consideration.The food delivery time is also less and staffs are super honest.Once one item was missing from my delivery the staff got it in 10 minutes which proves that they are responsible.I enjoy going in dominos dankuni...thank you

On 22.04.2025, I visited the Dankuni Dominos Pizza with my family & placed my order. Total amount was Rupees 918.44 . I paid the amount online via their provided QR code. UPI transaction id - 100407306766. After few minutes they told me that payment not done, but I showed them payment details & bank deduction sms . The manager still behaved very rudely. All my 918.44 rupees gone & I had to return home with my kids without having any pizza. Aah! itis very painful to me. Being a lower middle class, Rupees 918.44 is a lot of money for me. Dominos Dankuni cheated & stole my money & did not serve any food! The manager there is very very rude, fraudulent and incompetent. Refer the attachments for my Payment proof.
