Food is great.. But their service is the worst..I ordered at 7pm and it was showing "Baking Now" till 8:30pm.. Then after showing "Dispatched", it was showing "Fetching rider details.. Check back in a while". The virtual assistant was saying- Out for delivery, Delivery boy- undefined.. I understand that it is puja time so there will be a little traffic on road.. But so late!!.. I have never seen so bad service by Domino's.. I have ordered from them from the last 5-6 years... Dominos, if you see this, plz make sure this never happens again.. I am very disappointed..

Usually I am ordering for my family but this time its my worst experience that they are calling at last minute and telling they can't deliver this if we want so we have to come half of the way and the person who was spoken to me he doesn't have work ethics I don't know how he is handling your business he was too rude and I have call recording as well. I felt too disappointed as I have ordered for my brother but they called and cancel that order. Kindly train the person if they can't deliver also not that much big deal it was but atleast they need to know how to speak with their customer

They don't put enough cheese even on cheeseburst orders, they are extremely rude it's highly recommended that dominos should change the staffs here in Dankuni.
