WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Their delivery service is terrible, just because we pay the money beforehand, they don't care about the food or delivery service after. DO NOT ORDER YOUR PIZZA FROM HERE. You will get scammed/late delivery / bad food. You may fall sick.The delivery men are horrible here, takes 3-4 hours for 15-20 min delivery, sometimes does not deliver at all. Do not spend your hard - earned money ordering from this branch. Avoid it at any cost.

Worst experience..I ordered a large margarita pizza and the base was too much dry & chewy. Cheese quantity was too low that we couldn't even find it..Not recommended at all.

Dear Domino’s Customer Support, We placed an order at your **Kadamtala outlet in Howrah, Kolkata**, and even after **more than an hour**, the pizza had not been delivered. We then contacted the store to inquire about the delay. However, to our shock and disappointment, the **store manager responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner**. Instead of assisting us, he said things like **“Drama kyun kar rahe ho?”** and went on to use **abusive language and slangs** towards us, the customers. He even said: > **“Pizza lena hai toh aake le le, dekhte hain kaise lega.”** This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We are shocked that a reputed brand like Domino’s allows such misconduct from its staff. We request you to **take strict action** against the concerned individual and ensure this kind of incident does not happen again with any customer.
