⭐⭐⭐ Overall Experience: Average with Inconsistencies I’ve ordered from Domino’s Pizza, Kadamtala, Howrah multiple times, and my experience has been fairly mixed overall. Starting with the food quality, the taste is moderate and largely depends on the day. At times, the pizzas are prepared well with acceptable flavor, but on several occasions the pizzas have turned out quite bland, lacking seasoning and the usual Domino’s punch one expects. Consistency is definitely an area where this outlet needs improvement. One particularly disappointing experience was with the Taco Mexicana. It was delivered almost without any sauce inside, which completely ruined the item. Tacos are supposed to be flavorful and saucy, and receiving one that dry was frankly unacceptable. Such lapses seriously affect trust, especially for delivery orders where customers rely entirely on the kitchen’s quality control. On a positive note, the ambience of the outlet is nice and clean. The first-floor seating area offers a good view, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy food, especially if you’re dining in rather than ordering delivery. The environment feels relaxed and suitable for small groups or casual outings. Service is generally okay, though attention to detail in food preparation needs to be more consistent to match the brand’s standards. Final Verdict: A decent outlet with a good dining atmosphere, but inconsistent food quality and occasional careless preparation pull the experience down. If Domino’s improves taste consistency and ensures proper checks before delivery, this place can easily move up in ratings. For now, a 3-star rating feels fair.

I ordered food from here , the delivery guy from dominos was very rude when delivering my order.Very poor service . I recommend not to buy from this outlet

Really bad experience...Ordered take out for my family but when they got there they just had to stand there for 20 mins just for them to say your order is canceled while it showed on my phone that the order was confirmed. Shameful stuff from such a big company.(We just wanted some pizza😭)

Every thing is fine , there is no complaint against Domino's. The best pizza maker in the world. So I give them 5 star rating but they don't provide any changes to the delivery boys. Requesting for giving it. Local stationary shops also have changes but why you not ???? Please give change to the delivery boys , that's my request 🙏
