I recently visited Domino's Pizza in Kanchrapara and honestly, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I’ve always liked Domino’s in general, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately, this outlet didn’t live up to them. First of all, the pizza didn’t taste good. It felt like something was missing—either the sauce wasn’t fresh or the cheese didn’t have that creamy texture Domino’s is known for. The toppings looked okay but lacked flavor. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, but both felt underwhelming in terms of taste and overall satisfaction. The crust was dry, and the base didn’t seem freshly baked. Secondly, the service was very slow. I waited much longer than expected. Even after following up with the staff a few times, it took nearly 43 minutes for a simple order. The place wasn’t even crowded, so I couldn’t understand the delay. The staff didn’t communicate properly or update me on the order status either, which made the wait feel even more frustrating. I believe service and food quality are two of the most important aspects of any restaurant, and sadly, both were not up to the mark here. That being said, I’m still giving a 2-star rating only because I respect the Domino’s brand overall and hope the Kanchrapara outlet improves in the future. Please treat this review as constructive feedback. I really want to see this location do better, and I hope my next visit will be a more pleasant experience. Domino’s is capable of so much more, and I wish this branch brings back the quality and speed they are usually known for.
