Awful experience since the AC was deliberately turned off at 3pm with the excuse that it was supposed to be turned off from 3pm to 6:30pm according to the rules. We informed the customer care who informed us that there were no such rules and since the food was served we couldn't contact the customer care again due to end of validity of the order. There were no fans as well. It was a total mess.This is to inform that you shouldn't ever approach this MG Road, Kolkata branch as we were looked down upon for being young women. We were being given illogical irrational excuses. It was awful. The other branches follows no such rules. The customer service was extremely awful. One of the employees named Kumkum also stated that no such stupid rules were followed elsewhere. The manager Subdol or whatever his name was blatantly lied and gave excuses for their pathetic customer service. *NEVER GO THIS BRANCH*

Overall Service of Kabardanga Dominos outlet is horrible, they cancel orders as per their choice, serve cold pizzas etc., even customer service is worst.
