Narendrapur Domino’s outlet is the worst of all .. very few people go there and the staff’s behavior is also very bad.

So I have lived across 7 major cities in last 10 years ordering Domino’s Pizza at least once a month from at least 15 different outlets. I can tell you for sure that this is the worst Domino’s restaurant ever. And let me tell you this is not a staff problem, it is a culture or attitude issue with this one. Because old staff has gone and new people have come in last 3-4 years but neither their Pizza quality improved nor their delivery and service. They have even called me couple of times on my personal number and gave like personal discounts just to ensure no complaint is lodged with Domino’s .. worst worst service in the entire country. Update 20Nov 25: a new feather added to their cap. Now the delivery guy also asks for additional tip for delivery saying that he has to make so many deliveries which is tiring and his salary is not enough.
