Very bad experience. Ordered cheese burst Farmhouse Pizza through Swiggy. Instead of sending cheese burst pizza they have sent regular pizza!! How cheap and making fool their customer like this way! Is this the way Dominos making profit?? Can't get any option to contact with them! That's why giving reviews for spreading awareness !! Never ever going to order from this outlet anyway!!! I wish i had any other option to lodge the complaint against them. Anyways the review is enough.

WORST delivery experience ever- Received cold and soggy food 127 minutes after having placed the order, while the ETA of the food was shown as 28 minutes. More than 4x the mentioned time, for horrid food. Is this a joke? Let me reiterate- 127MINUTE LATE SOGGY FOOD- TWELVE DAYS LATER- NO COMPENSATION OR RESOLUTION. It has been TWELVE days, and I have yet to receive any sort of satisfactory response to this matter. Laughably, Dominos claims to have a "30 MINUTE DELIVERY GUARANTEE". After much back and forth, I was told 7 days back, that I would be refunded. It is OUTRAGEOUS and frankly exhausting to have to go through all this frustration, and still not have anyone from Dominos reach out. From a (formerly) trusted brand like Dominos- this nonchalance and ATROCIOUS customer service has simply left me shocked. This sort of service (or lack thereof) is absolutely unacceptable.

Disgusting. Ordered two medium cheese bust. However got only breads. Paid 831 for two pizza. Kindly return my money. Try a lot to contact store but didn't.
