Didn't get what we wanted on menu from the application. Said that specific pizza is not available on small size though larger versons were available offline, thought it showing available online. Either they should update the app according to the availability, or they should remove it temporarily from the menu.

Most pathetic behaviour, unhygienic, no manners to talk with customer. They are just fool us that 30 minutes delivery but denied to deliver 1.7 kms away from their outlet. Very much disappointment from dominos, I really don't expect from dominos. Very much disappointment.

Worst service... I was sitting and waiting order my order .. after 20-25 mins later I recieved sms where it stated that my order is ready and i can take it from the counter.. i went to the counter they said its not ready and after 45 mins they gave me my order.. worst service Another experience was i ordered 4 regular cheese burst barbeque pizza for home delivery as guests were coming.. it was right 1 hour still i didn't recieve my order and in the Domino's app it was showing that order is still being made and calling them several times they never picked up the call. So after 1hr 30 mins i straight away headed towards dominos and they said due to lack of delivery person they couldn't deliver otherwise the pizza was ready much before.. so i took the pizza and as it was already paid they didn't return my delivery charges and the pizza was saggy and cold .. not freshly baked. Worst experience.. and the lady at the counter is the most irritating and not proffesional . This outlet was great 10 years back when i used to visit quite often.. now this outlet has become worthless with poor service and quality.

The AC's were down. Not cool. Plus they don't have regular water to drink . One has to pay for a bottle of water . Seriously need to change
