Worst delivery experience!!Today have ordered medium 4 cheese pizza, 1 garlic bread stick, cheesy dip, 2 peri peri meatballs, 4 red velvet lava cake and 1 mirinda about 1 hour back. I got my order deliver on time but delivery boy denied to come on 2nd floor to deliver my order. His statement was "ma'am order zada h na toh hum upar jakar delivery nhi karte kyun ki Saman kharab ho jayega". Also, cheese dip was missing so I called up delivery boy 5 times but after dialing his number it used to ring for 1 sec and then IVR played the number is busy. Then I called up customer service and now they are saying they will get my cheesy dip delivered. After spending 1700 rs I'll have to eat cold pizza, meat balls and garlic bread. I don't know what to say..
