I ordered pizza and wait for delivery. It's take too much time. After 45 minutes I call store. But every time store number was busy. Delivery boy call me 1 hour 15 minute. When I ask why it's too late he said it's normal. When Pizza was come to me it's cold and dry. This is bad experience from Domino's.

We ordered Big 6 in 1 Pizza costing Rs 854 after taxes. Stale veggies were given in the pizza. I will never order / dine in from this outlet. If you don't have adequate staff or ingredients you can simply apologise and cancel the order but don't play with people's health.

This was by far one of the worst Domino’s outlets in Kolkata. The atmosphere, food, staff, and overall cleanliness were well below average. Most of the time, the first floor is “closed” as per their claim, yet the staff can often be seen hanging out there, while the ground floor remains dirty with stained walls and grimy flooring. The staff were also rude, and the place had an unpleasant smell. While the location is convenient and my online delivery experiences have generally been good, thanks to polite and friendly delivery staff, the food quality has been terrible, often arriving with barely any toppings or, at times, as a completely wrong order.
