I don't want to give even 1 star , it was not the first time I see many times then I post this, the behaviour of the lady staff is so bad the servicing is too lazy I order online via dominos app after half an hour they call me an tells it take 2 hrs and the lady is worst and she always tells me to cancel order after that my order is automatically cancel after 2 hrs of waiting. Not only in online even on the store I have to wait 1.5 hrs to get pizza the servicing was too bad and the lady staff were the worse I never get this type of horrible experience and I never go to this oultlet or even dominos.

The staff here are very rude and don't care about the customers visiting there .. Yesterday the lady at the counter asked me to wait for an hour whereas customer after me were not told so..very bad experience

I was absolutely awestruck by the way the lady at the counter behaved yesterday.The lady was a plump one(Sorry for this..since I don't know her name) and she started taking my order yesterday.I was ordering a paratha pizza and she informed that it will take time.I just started to inquire about how much time will it take when she cut me short in the middle of the conversation and asked another lady who emerged from nowhere, "Sorry ma'am you are waiting since a long time...".She just ignored me and started to take order from the other lady. My concern is you could have inform me politely and I would have retreated back.But she just cut me short and started dealing with another customer which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. So I just left the place and went to Chai break on the opposite. This lady is a complete incompetent one in managing her customer and too rude as well.
