Today when I went around 12 AM, the staff handed me the box and immediately made me open the app, then gave themselves a 5-star rating and submitted it. When I opened the pizza, it tasted as if it was from last night. Even after ordering a Double Cheese pizza, there was hardly any cheese. It was a total waste of money. The staff’s behaviour was completely unprofessional—they are only focused on taking customers’ phones and giving themselves 5-star ratings and they even speak to customers in a rude manner.

Today when I visited Domino’s, a staff member pressured me to open the Domino’s app and give a 5-star rating even before I had opened my pizza box. After I actually checked and tasted the pizza, I was extremely disappointed. I had specifically ordered a Double Cheese pizza, but it hardly had any cheese at all. The experience felt like a complete waste of money, and the way the staff pushed for a rating before I even saw my order was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers give ratings on their own; no staff member has the right to take a customer’s phone and give themselves a 5-star rating.
