Today when I went around 12 AM, the staff handed me the box and immediately made me open the app, then gave themselves a 5-star rating and submitted it. When I opened the pizza, it tasted as if it was from last night. Even after ordering a Double Cheese pizza, there was hardly any cheese. It was a total waste of money. The staff’s behaviour was completely unprofessional—they are only focused on taking customers’ phones and giving themselves 5-star ratings and they even speak to customers in a rude manner.

Today when I visited Domino’s, a staff member pressured me to open the Domino’s app and give a 5-star rating even before I had opened my pizza box. After I actually checked and tasted the pizza, I was extremely disappointed. I had specifically ordered a Double Cheese pizza, but it hardly had any cheese at all. The experience felt like a complete waste of money, and the way the staff pushed for a rating before I even saw my order was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers give ratings on their own; no staff member has the right to take a customer’s phone and give themselves a 5-star rating.

Domino’s at City Mall, Kota is one of the best spots for a quick and tasty pizza break. The place is clean, well-located inside the mall, and easy to find after shopping or a movie at Fun Cinemas. The pizzas are always fresh, cheesy, and perfectly baked. The menu has plenty of options from classic Margherita and Farmhouse to loaded veg and non-veg combos. The staff are friendly and polite, and service is usually fast, though it can get busy during weekends. Prices are reasonable, and online offers make it even better for students. Overall, a great place for a quick meal or hangout with friends inside City Mall good food, good vibes, and consistent Domino’s quality. 🍕
