“Very disappointing and careless service by Domino’s Kullu. This is not a one-time issue — it has happened multiple times. In our previous orders, they even handed us someone else’s order, which shows how irresponsible their order management is. This time again, when our order arrived, they forgot to send Sprite and our Mousse Cake. This is the third time our order has been wrong. Apart from this, the cleanliness inside the outlet is very poor. Every time I visit, the tables are not cleaned properly. Once, we waited almost 30 minutes for our online order, and during that entire time, one table nearby had leftover items on it and no one bothered to clean it. When customers are paying full amount, they deserve correct orders and basic hygiene. Such repeated mistakes, poor cleanliness, and lack of responsibility are completely unacceptable. Domino’s Kullu seriously needs to improve its staff management, cleanliness, and order accuracy. Totally dissatisfied.”

Worst experience with Domino’s. Ordered food but some items were missing from the delivery. This is not the first time — the same issue happened in my previous order as well. No proper checking before dispatch. Very careless service. Customers pay full amount but don’t receive full order. Highly disappointing.😡😡😡

Very bad experience with Domino’s. My order items were missing not once, but 3 times. This is a serious mistake. Staff should properly check orders before delivery. Totally disappointed.
