# Poor ❌ Order Delivery On Time ❌ Customer Service ❌ Resolution ❌ Taste ❌ I placed my order at 11:57 AM, but it was only delivered at 1:34 PM—after a wait of more than 1.5 hours. Despite multiple follow-ups with the store, there was no proper customer service or resolution provided. They initially promised to refund my order amount, and the manager asked me to share my WhatsApp number along with the invoice, as if they couldn’t retrieve it from their previous order records. Even after sharing the invoice, I have not received the refund. Every time I called for an update, they kept assuring me that the refund would be processed. I need my order amount refunded, as the food was completely cold and inedible by the time it arrived.
