I visited the outlet, they told me their AC was not working. When I went to order, the cashier was clueless about the items in their own menu, more than 10 minutes passed and she couldn't even complete the order. We left in frustration without ordering. (20/4/25) (2:20 P. M.)

We received late order from the delivery agent and when talked to the agent he hand over the phone to manager Anil and Anil talked to us very rudely and infact used very bad language. Please take some measures and find an alternative solution to the issue .
