They don’t really mean their 30 minute guarantee. It is just a fake promise. They do not have even delivery staff so when the order is late they just say that we do not have delivery staff so your order is late. And guarantee is for only paid orders you cannot claim it for COD orders and for paid orders they just have apologies and nothing else.
