Date: 25th September 2025 Order No.: 15 I am extremely disappointed with the service of Domino’s Pizza, Vishkarma Chowk (Miller Ganj), Ludhiana outlet. We placed an order worth around ₹700, and when the delivery arrived, the delivery boy handed us only two oregano pouches. When I requested more (as two were clearly insufficient), he casually replied that he would give them later when he passes by again. This was already very unprofessional. To address the issue, I called the store manager. Shockingly, instead of resolving the matter, she behaved very rudely, disrespected us, and even cut the call in the middle of the conversation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a reputed brand like Domino’s. We had a hungry family waiting for food, and the experience left us frustrated and disappointed. Spending ₹700 and getting such poor service, along with disrespectful behavior from the manager, is completely unfair and unacceptable. I request Domino’s higher management to look into this matter seriously and ensure such incidents do not happen again. Customers deserve better service, respect, and value for their money.
