worst experience at dominoz... service was very poor ..staff was rude . My order was not delievered in my car at around 1.25 but they didnt do it and i had to collect it myself at around 1.54 .. Also order was not served hot ....very very poor and pathetic experience.. 0 star or i shoukld say the worst dominoz store in ludhiana .

I had order from this place. I complaint against store that your food received late and it was cold. My order no was 130 and dated 15-05-2023. I called to store and mr jagdev answered our call he was rude to us. Moreover he argue with us that your food was hot. I received order 15 minutes late from your delivery guarantee time. It takes 45 minutes to received us. Mr jagdev have no sense how to talk with costumer.

Food ordered at 7:17 and even though small items. Took more than 1 hours for store to decide whether delivery guy is in the way or not. Pathetic customer service.
