received wrong order. i put in feedback explaining my concern. i got text that i will receive a call within 24 hrs. noone called me and the concern is automatically resolved????? did not expect this from dominoes

*Disappointing Experience at Domino's* ## Overview I recently visited the Domino's store and was disappointed with the service. Despite being a well-known brand, the experience fell short of expectations. ## Issues 1. *Cleanliness*: The store was not clean when I arrived. I had to ask the staff multiple times to clean the area. Unfortunately, their cleaning efforts stirred up dust that got into my hair. 2. *Food Quality*: When my pizzas arrived, one of them was missing cheese, which was a key part of my order. 3. *Kitchen Hygiene*: The staff swept the floor, kicking up dust and dirt, and then entered the kitchen without proper precautions. This raised concerns about cross-contamination. 4. *Noise Level*: The kitchen staff were loud, disrupting the customer space and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. ## Conclusion Given Domino's reputation, I expected better service. I hope this feedback helps improve their standards. *Rating:* 2/5 stars I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve the service.

These staff is way to utter nonsense they are sweeping the floor when i asked them to clear the table which was almost 3 and the dust of the sweep was put inside where they cook eventually and the dust was all over even i made the video of sweep the food which came was not up to mark the cheese was no where to be found the staff was way too loud and they don’t even give importance to there customer no gloves, no badges so that we can read there name we ruturn the pizza no one bothered to ask or appologized is this dominos?? If yes i will not visit here ever . Neither any helpline can assist as if i order offline they are unable to help they just keep on appologizing nothing else they can help us with its big shame on dominos and dominos staff and there policy
